What does fixed monthly cost actually mean?+

The price you agree is the price on the invoice. We do not meter compute units, we do not bill per request, and a busy month does not produce an overage line. If your traffic pattern changes, we talk about the endpoint, not a surcharge.

Where does the infrastructure run?+

On hardware Varelith owns, across three availability zones in Manchester, UK. Bare metal, no hypervisor layer, on a 1.5 Tbps+ east-west network with 0.2 ms latency between nodes.

What uptime do you commit to?+

A 99.99% uptime SLA target, held since 2017 across the same platform that runs our validator and oracle workloads. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified operations sit behind that number.
